Advertising Options
We offer two types of advertising: shared rotating advertisements and exclusive sponsorships.
Shared Rotating Advertising
Shared advertisements appear alongside ads from other local businesses. Each placement rotates among participating advertisers, giving everyone an opportunity for visibility without the cost of exclusivity.

Terms:
- Billed monthly through Stripe.
- Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
- Advertisements remain active through the end of the paid billing period.
- Multiple advertisers may share each placement, with ads rotating among eligible advertisers.
- No long-term contracts or minimum commitments.
For businesses selecting two placements, a $10 monthly package discount is available.
Exclusive Advertising & Sponsorships
Want a placement all to yourself? Exclusive sponsorships reserve designated advertising inventory for a single business.
Exclusive sponsorships are sold in three-month terms, paid in advance.

Exclusive Placement: Your advertisement is the only advertisement displayed in the selected position throughout the eligible site content during your sponsorship term.
Single-Article Takeover: Your business receives exclusive use of the available advertising positions on one selected meeting recap for three months.
Full-Site Takeover: Your business receives exclusive use of all three advertising positions across eligible pages for three months.
Exclusive sponsorships are subject to availability and cannot displace an existing confirmed reservation.
Exclusive Sponsorship Reservations & Waiting Lists
To keep advertising opportunities fair and accessible, exclusive sponsorships are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each exclusive advertising opportunity has its own waiting list, maintained in the order requests are received.
- Exclusive sponsorship terms last three months.
- If no other business is waiting for the same inventory, the current sponsor may renew for another three-month term.
- If other businesses are waiting, the next business in line receives the opportunity to reserve the upcoming term.
- A current sponsor wishing to continue when a waiting list exists may join the end of that list.
- Renewal requests must be made at least seven days before the current term ends.
- If an advertiser declines an available opportunity or does not complete the reservation within the specified offer period, the opportunity passes to the next business in line.
This policy ensures that no single business can hold an exclusive advertising position indefinitely when others are interested.
Advertising Guidelines
We keep our advertising program local, relevant, and respectful of our readers.
Local businesses only. Advertising is reserved for businesses serving Maumelle and its immediate community.
No intrusive advertising. We do not accept pop-ups, autoplay audio, misleading advertisements, or other disruptive formats.
Advertisements must be appropriate. All advertising creatives are subject to review and approval.
Editorial independence. Advertising and sponsorships support the operation of Beyond the Minutes but do not influence the content, accuracy, or editorial decisions of City Council meeting recaps.
Performance reporting. Available impression and click statistics can be provided upon request. Advertising purchases do not guarantee a specific number of visitors, impressions, clicks, or customers.
